Conditions of Link-Back Content Syndicate

Welcome to the MetroData.com Link-Back Content Syndicate, a joint project of MetroData, Inc. and its sister company MetroGuide.com, Inc. For ease of reading, the following conditions are applicable to both MetroGuide.com, Inc. ("MetroGuide.com") and MetroData, Inc., but will explicitly refer only to MetroGuide.com. These conditions offer you limited and revocable access to the content included in the Link-Back Content Syndicate (the "Content") subject to the following conditions. Please read them carefully. If these conditions are inconsistent with conditions contained in a written agreement entered into between you and MetroGuide.com, those conditions will control.

All software and computer code used on the Program is the property of MetroGuide and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

TRADEMARKS DININGGUIDE, EVENTGUIDE, HOTELGUIDE, LODGINGGUIDE, FAREGUIDE, NIGHTGUIDE, ATTRACTIONGUIDE, VENUEGUIDE, and other MetroGuide.com graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are service marks, trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of MetroGuide.com, Inc. MetroGuide.com's service marks, trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not MetroGuide.com's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or visitors, or in any manner that disparages or discredits MetroGuide.com. All other trademarks not owned by MetroGuide.com that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by MetroGuide.com.
